Processing time
Every box is scooped and packed by hand, which takes 1–3 business days. Larger Blooms occasionally take a day longer during busy shower season.
Shipping & returns
Getting it there safely
Shipping
Boxes ship with tracking, and you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the studio. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Sending as a gift
Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add your gift message on the box page. We never include prices or invoices inside a gift box.
Swaps
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap pieces wherever inventory allows.
Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Because each box is individually scooped, opened boxes can't be returned, but we'll always try to make it right.
Damaged parcels
If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace the affected items at no cost.
