Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once your box has been scooped and shipped. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or details are clearly incorrect.

The scooped assortment
Bloom boxes are curated surprises. You choose the box and the assortment, and can share baby's age; we choose the individual items. Product photography shows the style and variety you may receive, not the exact contents. Colours, patterns, brands and items will vary.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Because boxes are packed quickly by hand, we can usually only make changes before scooping begins.
Safety
Items are selected as baby-appropriate, but adult supervision is always required. Please check labels and remove any packaging or tags before use.
